In a rowdy Senate session today, it has been passed that the Presiding Officer shall electronically transmit to the iRev portal after signed and stamped by the Presiding Officer and countersigned by Polling Agents present. If it fails due to communication, the form EC8 after being signed by the PO and the Polling Agents, shall be in such a case be the primary case of evidence.
