Akpabio's senate is trying to be clever by half!
Same senator Munguno moves a motion to rescind the earlier motion adopted in their last seating. He however introduced a proviso that will make nonsense of the whole amendment!
My own position is that Munguno's proviso seeks to pull the rug off the whole amendment! This is so because, on the election day, they can choose not to transmit any result & claim there's no internet connection to so do!
