I thought progress meant moving fast. Doing more. Saying yes to everything. But building AF-RICARDO taught me a harder truth: speed without clarity creates stress, not growth.
I’ve had moments where I had ideas, energy, even opportunities — but no clear system to support them. Things felt busy, yet nothing felt solid. The shift came when I slowed down to design structure, make fewer decisions, and think long-term. That’s when things started to feel sustainable.
