BINL will build a 500,000 bpd refinery in Nigeria, GAIL Refinery will build a 100,000 bpd refinery in Ogun State, Aradel Holdings owns an 11,000 bpd refinery and will soon begin producing gasoline with its new 3,000 bpd train, AIPCC owns the 6,000 bpd Edo refinery and is currently building the 80,000 bpd Koko refinery, and Waltersmith owns a 5,000 bpd refinery. If you don't want Dangote's monopoly, build a refinery. But you shouldn't import gasoline or diesel.
