By the time I finally got around to it and went back, the place was deserted.
Nonso and his cousin were nowhere to be found. No forwarding address.
It was like they had vanished into thin air.
Gone.
Nobody knew where. Not even the neighbours, a few doors away.
I pondered a bit, but there was nothing more for me to do but to wish him well from the bottom of my heart.
Sincerely hoping that he finds his healing, wherever he may be.
