Every time South Africans speak about corruption, service delivery, or crime, it’s called “complaining.” But accountability starts with speaking. Silence protects dysfunction. A country doesn’t heal by pretending things are fine—it heals when citizens demand better and still believe improvement is possible. Criticism and hope can exist in the same breath. reshmedia
