The Dangote refinery stated that it is investing in physical infrastructure along key African corridors to export its surplus fuel production to countries in West, Central, and Southern Africa, including Ghana, Cameroon, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. They confirmed the existence of a tank farm in Walvis Bay, Namibia, developed in partnership with the Namibian government. From there, the refinery plans to transport fuel inland via pipeline networks.
