Nigeria Police returns $23,000 to victim of international romance scam

The Nigeria Police Force, through INTERPOL NCB Abuja, successfully recovered $23,000 from a Nigerian involved in an online romance scam and returned it to the victim in the Cayman Islands. The suspect, Achufusi Obioma Ikenna, will be arraigned once investigations are completed.
