From the Presidÿent (Executive), to the Chief Justice of the Federation (Judiciary), to Senators and Members of the House of Representatives (Legislature). Indeed, to all public office holders and law enforcement agencies—there should be an intentional end to the practice of addressing Nigerians as “ordinary citizens.”
