AF-RICARDO didn’t start with a big plan or perfect conditions. It started in a season of waiting, uncertainty, and a lot of questions.
I realized something during that period: waiting doesn’t have to be wasted time. Instead of rushing into the next thing, I slowed down to understand why many African businesses struggle long before growth becomes the problem. It’s rarely lack of ideas. It’s lack of clarity, structure, and patience. Building AF-RICARDO forced me to think long-term.
