My friend and colleague in growth strategies, @christyc, asked a great question this morning:
Which skill has helped your business the most so far Sales, consistency, mindset, or strategy?
My answer?
Mindset breeds strategy.
Strategy, when consistent, leads to sales.
Consistent sales lead to profit.
And profit equals business growth.
No mindset? Strategy will confuse you.
No consistency? Sales will frustrate you.
No sales? Well…even Friday won't save you.
