Issue with NIN number, phone number and car tinted glass.
The car tinted authority at ibadan said l cannot applied for the approval for my car because my phone number is a foreign one.
I applied for my NIN in UK with my UK phone number. They are now saying my NIN must have a Nigerian phone number before I can applied.

Is there anyone out there in my shoes on such case like this?
