I do not totally blame our youths who stayed back in Ukraine to accept the offer or those who traveled from Nigeria to Russia to accept Russian offer. The systemic failures and shortcomings of our government back home is forcing young people into desperate situations, including feeling compelled to join the war in Ukraine or Russia. It's a dire consequence of neglect and lack of opportunities at home. The Onus is on the Government.
