With all the insecurity going on in Nigeria, if I'm the President, i would have 1st. put 911 toll free call to be install in Nigeria where anyone from anywhere in the country will be able to call for help with immediate Rapid Response Team standby nationwide, 2nd. deploy 5 military each in each local govt of the whole 774 local govt of the federation with strong networking where each group will be able to communicate with other group and DHQ. to start with. @arisenews @ruffydfire @the_vimbai
