Most business advice ignores African realities. It assumes stable systems, easy capital, and predictable infrastructure. Many founders don’t have that.

Here, uncertainty is normal — power issues, policy shifts, thin margins. So we must build with structure before speed, sustainability before scale, and context before imitation.
