Jeremiah 2:18

_Now why go to Egypt to drink water from the Nile? And why go to Assyria to drink water from the Euphrates_ ?"

The verse serves as a timeless gut-check about where we turn when we feel threatened.

Are we looking for " *living water* ," or are we trekking toward the Nile and the Euphrates?

We must learn to rely upon God for Salvation, Guidance, protection and provisions.
