Lafarge Africa Plc. is targeting annual cement production of 5.5 million metric tons across two of its main lines: the Ashakacem and Sagamu plants.
According to a notice sent to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and its investors, the cement manufacturer explained that Ashakacem will produce 2 million metric tons per year, while Sagamu will produce 3.5 million metric tons once the plant expansions are complete.
